Since 1985, Jeff McFadden, has been working on small hill farms in Ray County, MO to enhance wildlife habitat, land health, and animal and human perennial food production
In 2025, Sydney Kotow brought her experience in farming, working animals, and public outreach to form Richmond Regenerative Agriculture as a center to work, show, and teach by doing.
